Adriana Mudra Filkova, founder & baker, didn’t take the usual path to the world of pastries. With a background in chemistry and a passion for experimentation, Adriana’s journey began not in a kitchen, but in a lab. The idea for Sweet Alchemy was born from her unique perspective: baking is the perfect blend of precision and creativity.

Adriana’s love for baking goes back to her childhood in Eastern Europe, where flavours were balanced and textures refined. With a degree in chemistry and as an experienced baker, she approaches baking with the same meticulous care as a scientist in the lab. But beyond the technique, Adriana’s baking is about heart. Whether she’s crafting elegant pastries for the market, for a special event or leading a class, Adriana’s goal is to connect with people and help them feel the same sense of pride and accomplishment that baking has given her.

Our vision is simple yet profound:
to bring people together through the joy of baking and sharing exquisite treats.
